Google Workspace connection

Privacy notice

How this private installation accesses and handles Google account data. These practices apply to the connected assistant, not just this information website.

Operator and purpose

The operator is Ömer Uzun, reachable at omeruzun10@gmail.com. The connection is for the operator’s own authorized accounts and private personal or business tasks. It is not offered for public registration.

Data accessed through Google

  • Gmail: message and thread metadata, labels, message bodies, and relevant attachments, when needed for an authorized task. Sending messages or changing mail is permitted only when requested or approved by the owner.
  • Calendar: calendars and event information relevant to the task. Creating or changing events requires the owner’s instructions or approval.
  • Drive, Docs, and Sheets: file metadata and relevant document or spreadsheet content. File changes are limited to the owner’s instructions or approved workflows.

The actual permissions depend on what each account grants. Gmail-only accounts do not grant this application access to Calendar, Drive, Docs, or Sheets. Contacts access is not requested.

How the data is used

Google data is used to provide the tasks the owner asks for, such as locating invoice notifications, answering questions about selected records, preparing summaries, and carrying out approved actions. It is not sold and is not used by this application for advertising, credit decisions, or training generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs are subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

AI providers and other services

When the owner requests AI assistance, task-relevant content may be sent to the user-selected AI provider to produce the requested response or carry out the authorized workflow. The owner’s provider configuration and that provider’s data-handling settings apply. Content is not deliberately transferred for advertising or generalized model-training purposes. The owner is responsible for choosing provider settings appropriate for the information being processed.

Data is sent to other connected services only when the requested or approved task requires that transfer. Connecting Google does not make account data publicly accessible.

Storage, retention, and security

OAuth credentials are stored separately for each account in the owner-controlled environment, with restricted local file permissions. Google passwords are entered directly with Google and are not collected by this website.

Message or document content, generated results, and task metadata may remain in local conversation history, task files, exports, or backups. Their retention depends on the owner’s use and cleanup settings. AI-provider retention depends on the selected service and account settings. This notice does not promise automatic deletion after every task or encryption features that have not been configured.

The static information site at this domain does not store Google messages, documents, or authorization credentials. Its hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process standard connection and request metadata to deliver and secure these pages. The site contains no analytics scripts, advertising features, or credential-entry forms.

Choices, revocation, and removal

The owner can disconnect the application using the Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking permission stops subsequent access through that authorization; it does not automatically erase material already saved in conversation history, task files, provider systems, or backups.

For removal of saved installation data, contact omeruzun10@gmail.com and identify the material concerned. The operator can remove owner-controlled copies and manage any separate provider retention controls. Keep credentials and sensitive message contents out of public requests.

Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated when the installation’s data practices change. The update date appears at the bottom of this page. The owner must approve any new access before additional permissions are granted.
